I have posted this in win2000 printing a couple of times with no success, so
I'm trying here in hope! Here is my problem.

I have a Win2k workstation that has a printer installed for all users. The
printer is shown as :

HPDeskjet 910c Y4 1 on Workstation2

I'm guessing it must have been set-up using the PrintUIEntry command. This
printer no longer exists on the network so I want to remove it for all users
that will log on. So far I have been unable to remove it. I have tried the
following commands on the win2k workstation with no success, it just keeps
reappearing:

rundll32 printui.dll,PrintUIEntry /gd /n"\\Workstation2 \HPDeskjet 910c Y4
1"
rundll32 printui.dll,PrintUIEntry /dl /n"\\Workstation2 \HPDeskjet 910c Y4
1"

Is there a way to forcefully remove this printer please, its driving me
mad!!

No guarantees for this either, but you can try this:
1. log in as local admin for the pc
2. if printer exists in printers folder, remove it
3. run regedit.exe
- search for and delete any keys that reference
"HPDeskjet 910c"
- you might want to also search for "Workstation2"

Printers can be added as part of the login script using programs like
Kixtart. Did you check the login scripts?
