Can't delete message in outbox

's Computer Specifications

I can't delete a corrupted message in my Outlook 2000
outbox through any regular means. I am running Windows
98 second edition. Does anyone know how to delete the
message by other means?

Close Outlook and try deleting it with exchng32.exe.
