Absolutely nothing happens. No error messages. No hourglass.
I just found a work-a-round for the problem. Don't ask me why it worked but
it did. I moved all of the folders in her work account inbox to the Personal
Folders inbox and then moved them back. Once I did this, I was able to
right click on the e-mails in all of the folders in her inbox, select delete,
and mark them for deletion.
Thanks for your interest. I would be curious to know why this worked if
anyone understands.
