I have this problem with LoudMarketing.Bridge/WinFavorites. I remove it, but
every day when I do another scan it's still there. The location is:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersi
on\Run mswpl

How can I delete this permanently?

This is a pretty old bug.

The first thing I would try in this situation is restarting Windows in safe
mode by pressing the f8 function key as the machine starts, before the first
Windows screen appears.

With windows started in safe mode, do full, deep scans with Microsoft
antispyware (and scans with your antivirus program) until a full scan comes
through clean.

In safe mode, some of the protective services which these programs use to
ensure that they aren't removed, are not running, so they are easier to
remove.

Symantec has a good description of this bug here:

http://securityresponse.symantec.com...nfavorites.htm

including manual removal steps--but I'd go for Microsoft Antispyware in safe
mode first--there's quite a bit in the registry.

Try this:
http://www.2-spyware.com/remove-loud...ng-bridge.html

Also send in a suspected spyware report from the tools menu in Microsoft
AntiSpyware.
