i cant delete some links in my favorites...i have tried going through windows
explore and they do not appear there....when i right click on them it says
close toolbar...when i go into organize favorites they are not there....i did
not put these favorites in there but im assuming some software i downloaded
must have..... sometimes when I am on favorites i get an error that shuts
down my IE saying it's encountered a problem and needs to close....what can I
do to make these favorites go away?

Sounds like some sort of malware. Download one or more removal tools and try
if they can make things right.

Alternatively, do a Google on the contents of the links you are trying to
remove. You may stumble upon a description and manual remove instructions
for your culprit.

ok any more ideas? i have tried 7 different adware/spyware programs and they
are still there...i have been to their websites as well....still there!
