This folder is in protected mode by the system.
The only way you can delete is unprotecting the folder.
Open the CMD windows if you know how to do this.
Start/Run/CMD
Now navegate until you find the folder.
Now open the Task Manager, go to the tab Process.
Kill the Explorer.exe don't worry about what happens when
you do that. Then go back to the CMD and delte the folder
typing this "RD D&S".
Once you do that, return to the Task Manager. Go to File,
New Task, type explorer, hit enter, and then your GUI will
be right back.
