can't delete file being used by another program

you can delete it ... the other program is that one that
you download its the same one ... reason why you couldn't
delete it because it is still running ... You have to
close the program before you can delete it .... Look at
the taskbar for the program and right click it ... then
click exit or close whichever option show up ... after
its close then try to delete it ... it should work
