I tried to send an email with too big of an attachment (70 mb). Now it's in
my outbox and I can't delete it. I can't open it because it's says it's in
the process of being transferred, and when I click on the "Work Offline"
button and try to delete the email, it still doesn't go away! Any other
tricks to just get rid of it?

- Load Outlook.
- Put Outlook in offline mode (File -> Work Offline: enable).
- Exit Outlook.
- Load Outlook in its safe mode ("outlook.exe /safe"). This ensures no
plug-ins get loaded when Outlook is loaded. Reloading Outlook in
offline mode means it won't touch the stuck item. If Outlook ever
touches the item, you cannot delete it.
- Delete the stuck item in the Outbox folder.
- Put Outlook in online mode (File -> Work Offline: disable).
- Exit Outlook.
- Reload Outlook.

Thanks for your response. Hmm... it still won't delete. Any other
suggestions?
