cant delete an email with attachment

I'm afraid this has a virus in it, its over a year old and won't let me
delete it or move the email message. How can I get rid of it?

If you're using a Personal Folder File to hold your mail you might want to
use ScanPST.EXE on it first then try to remove the message(s).
