Hi,

I was wondering if anyone might be able to help me with this. I have an
issue with outlook 2003. I don't know how to remove an existing account from
it. I tried to do it from the tools -> email account -> add/view accounts.
That account is not listed there but it's listed there when opening the
outlook. Then, i tried to remove it under "All mail folder". It said "the set
of folders could not be open".

I hope i explained it well.

Have you tried Control Panel->Mail Icon?

Yes, i have tried to remove it from Control Panel->Mail but to no avail. It
said it's associated with Email Account and asked to remove it from Email
Account on the tools menu. But that email account is not listed there on the
Email Account on the tools menu. How would i remove something that isn't
visible there?

Any ideas?
