Yes I received an e-mail the other day and when I clicked on it to open it
says no message to open an error has occured. Then I try to delete it and
says message can not be deleted because can not find any ideas? I had this
problem a couple of years ago but I can't remember what I had to do any
Ideas?

If you have difficulty deleting messages, apply this Microsoft fix:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/941090

Although that article only mentions Outbox, it works for all mail folders.
