Can't delete Downloaded Program File using Vista

I am trying to delete a Downloaded Program File, running Windows Vista Home
Premium. When I click on View Objects, I find the file, and right click it. I
then get a Properties box, I click this and I get 3 tabs, General, Depedancy,
Version. I can see in Dependancy that the file is damaged, but I have no way
of deleting the file. If I highlight the file in View Objects, then click on
the Organise drop down menu, i see there is a Delete option, but when I click
on it nothing happens. Any advice would be much appreciated.
