The program (Morpheus or Imesh) is still holding that file. Open up task
manager and kill that program(end process) and try deleting the file after
that.
If it doesnt work that way, use the utility on
http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/freeware/handle.shtml to figure out which
program is holding your file. Kill that program from the task manager
(switch to processes tab).
