I can't delete messages from Deleted Items folder in Windows Mail. I have
tried the download WGAPluginInstall.exe 874 KB (question #941090) with no
luck. Having hard time following what to do next. Can someone please help
me!! (no error messages, it just won't delete)

I fail to see what WGAPluginInstall.exe has to do with KB941090.
Could you elaborate on that?

Assuming you have applied the KB941090 fix without success, try the
various repair utilities in WMUtil:

If still no joy, upgrade to Windows Live Mail:

http://get.live.com/wlmail/overview

A possibility since it has worked for one poster.
His messages in the Inbox folder would not delete . He went off line and then opened WM and was able to delete while offline.

Try it. It might work for you or it might not. Anyway let us know either way
