Whenever I try to delete an account (and it's files) It
freezes up and say "Program not responding" I've tried
about 20 times, some times turning the computer off and
then on again. Always gets stuck. I'm on manager already,
and I deleted the password to the account I'm trying to
delete already, in case that was the problem.

Are you trying to delete and actual user account in Local User Manager or
are you trying to delete a profile in Documents and Settings?
