I have outlook 2003, I used to be able to export data as a pst file. now when
i try i do this.
File - import and export - export to a file - Personal Folder File (.pst) -
personal folders - save backup file as: backup - Then it says 'The operation
failed. An object could not be found'.
Why? How do i fix the problem?

A large body of evidence points to the loss and/or corruption of data in the
use of the Import/Export function when used between pst files - why not just
close Outlook and make a copy of the pst file? Much easier, no possibility
of loss of data.
