Your options are limited to the following:
1. The XP installation CD that came with your computer. Not
much help if XP came preinstalled with only a recovery CD or
recovery partition.
2. A floppy drive. Not much help if one of the systems does not
have a floppy.
3. A USB flash drive. This may be your only option. The price
for these drives has come down to a point where many are
available for less than $20.
It's an unfortunate fact that Microsoft crippled the FAST
feature by not allowing you to either save the wizard files
directly to CD or at least let you save them to your hard drive
so they could be written to a CD. Since a significant number of
new systems lack both a floppy drive and a real installation
CD, they have effectively eliminated the two primary options
for running the wizard on the old computer.
Good luck
