Hi

Just recently I can't create an audio disc, I've tried nero, i-tunes and wmp
ver 9. I have 2 burners and have tried both with the same result, I even
re-flashed the drives to no avail...Can anyone shed some light on this, or
even had a similiar issue?

Me again

Just googled and found out win xp doesn't come with "aspi" but "spti" Anyway
research indicates that it's beter to have it. So I downloaded and installed
"aspi ver 7xx" then with adaptecs "aspi checker," it reported that it
wasn't installed properly, but just for the sake of it I tried a data and
audio burn without success.

Further reading informed me that "aspi ver 6xx" although older, was more
stable, and after installing it, it proved correct when using the aspi
checker.
But still I have the same problems even also after checking the "imapi
service" starts auto, and even trying to changing the transfer mode to "PIO
only" from "Ultra DMA mode 4"

All advice welcomed..."Thanks"
