Can't copy or paste

's Computer Specifications

I was working in my database and I was copying expressions from one query to
another, when suddenly the Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V stopped working. I think I might
have hit a wrong key combination. What can I do to bring the feature back?

I would try re-booting.
