Can't copy or move Big Files

's Computer Specifications

I attempeted to copy big file into another PC or move the
same file to another folder (same PC) and I get "there is
not enough space". I had a home network.
The file is 4.5 GB and the PCs have 32.1 GB and 20.4 GB
free each.
My system is Windows XP SP2.

If the drives are formatted as fat32, the maximum size for a single file is
4gb.
