Cant copy files greater than 4 GB to USB-HD

Cant copy files greater than 4 GB to USB-HD.

The USB-disc is aMaxtor 250GB HD formated with NTSF.

My computer runs XP SP2.

Are you "certain" that the external drive is formatted as NTFS. Double check
this fact.
