cant copy or drag files

copy past does not work ??? cant copy and past something in windows be it
text or a file ?? dragin also is not working in windows xp .....also getting
the services error ??? i have both firewall and antivirus

Right-click start, properties, start menu tab, advanced tab, tick "Enable dragging
and dropping."

Open the control panel, open the Administration Tools folder, double-click services,
right-click ClipBook, properties, Startup type "Automatic", Service status click
"start".
