can't convert traditional chinese into simplified's (07 eng veriso

I cannot convert traditional Chinese into Simplifed Chinese in Word 07
English verison. Word said "Word is unable to proceed. More than one file
necessary to do TC/SC translation is missing." But all the files from Office
07 were installed to my computer already.

What can I do?

I don't know, so all I can suggest is that you try Word Office
Button->Word Options->Resources->Diagnose
