Can't connect to share

Hi-
I'm on a network that uses mostly XP Pro boxes, with one W2K. One box
(XP) can't connect to a shared box. The computer shows up in the list,
but when I try to connect, I'm prompted for a password - the user is
defaulted to Guest and cannot be changed. On other boxes, I can
connect, no problem. Is there a setting on the shared box, or the
connecting box that is causing this?
