Can't connect to one site

I have WIN XP, IE6, Opera 7.23 and I'm trying to connect to one particular
site. I could access it yesterday a.m. and then in the afternoon, I
couldn't. I could access it today for a short time and then couldn't. I get
the "Page cannot be displayed" error. Others can access it and I can access
any other site. I've tried everything: java, disable script, disable virus
protection, make it a trusted site, on and on. By the way, it happens (or
doesn't) in both IE and Opera.

Why is it accessable for a time and then not?
