On the computers that can print, what kind of port are they printing to?
That is, if you open the Printer's properties and select the Port tab, what
is in the "Port" and "Description" columns for the selected port?
You may find that you have to add a "Standard TCP/IP port" to print to the
printer connected to the so called "print server".
