can't connect to local printer

I have two servers one running w2k advance server SP2 this
one works fine no problem local printer redirections
works. But on the w2k server SP4 local printer
redirections doesn't seem to attempt to work at all the
event log show a warning event id 20 with a list printer
drivers in the description box. Any help on this problem
would be appreciated - thanks in advance -Lee
