This is new!
I'm using Outlook 2003. Lately when i click on a link in a recieved email I
get the window that says....... "This operation has been canceled due to
restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system
administrator"

This is my only computer and I am the only user. I've checked my security
settings (and eased them back) all to no avail. Any suggestions are
appreciated!

Asked and answered here and elsewhere MANY times and which a Google search
would've have found the answers to those same posts. Try doing a Google
search on "operation has been canceled due to restrictions" (use the quotes
to force searching on the entire string instead of on individual words).
