The website you provided,
www.slipstick.com/problems/link_restrict.htm, gave
me the answer. I opened the Default Programs applet from the Control Panel
and accessed the "Set program access and computer defaults" option, then
expanded the "custom" option. In "choose a default web browser," I selected
"internet Explorer" and clicked OK. I came back in and selected Microsoft
Office Outlook as my default email system and clicked OK. Making thses
selections in Internet Explorer did not work.
Thank you for your assistance. I apologize for omitting the steps I took in
my initial message.
