I have found that I can't connect the https web site only on user
account. It works on administrator account. Does any hints?
I am using WinXP Pro + SP2.

I have try to grant the change permission on "Users" group from the
Drive C:\

Hello:

I have try before. The main point is using the administrators group
account is working fine. Does any hints?
