Errors
0X800CCC78 cant send must issue STARTTLS messge first
and
0X8042108 cant send to POP3

Was working...have rechecked signon user and passwords they are fine.

Outbound messages do not send

Removed all the data for the pop3 set up and just used the mapi

Interesting. MAPI is just a way to transfer data to, then invoke the email
client for sending from an application. Requires that both the application
(Word processor, spreadsheet, etc.) and client be fully MAPI compliant. Has
nothing to do with the actual message submission (which can be either SMTP,
or HTTPMail, depending upon which client is connecting with the Hotmail
servers).
