I have started making a web page and want to publish it.
I know how and have found a server with Frontpage
extensions but when i try to click on publish web it
is 'greyed-out' and i cant click it. How can i get round
this?

Do you have a web open? Only a web can be published.

Make sure you have a web open on your local machine, not just a page.
If that doesn't work, use File | Publish.
