Can't click on link

In Microsoft Office Outlook I can't click on a link. I get a message "This
operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer.
Please contact your system administrator". It was working, all of a sudden it
stopped. No one else on this home computer. Who do I contact?

Try resetting your Internet Explorer settings back to default. The following
Microsoft article has the step-by-step instructions:
