Can't click on a link in e-mail

Every time I click on a link in a e-mail it says it's blocked, how do I
unblock it.
I have two account on this computer and they are both administrators, but
one blocks the links.

This happens when your default Internet browser is not properly registered
in Windows. You must reset your default browser as the default in Windows
again. How? That depends on you version of Windows and which Internet
browser you are actually using.
