Outlook 2003. Error message 800CCC92.
I get this message when I reply to an e-mail which I received via an old ISP
account. I know how to solve this, I find the message in the outbox, and
change the Accounts information to new ISP.
The problem I have is that I received an e-mail routed via old ISP which
requested a read response. I hit the OK button and immediately remembered the
problem with replyin via old ISP. Now I'm getting continual send/receive
failure attempts and error messages - how can I get rid of this read response?

The above link did work for me, but it's trialware. I had the same problem
twice, a few months apart, and the second time I couldn't use it without
paying for it. But Microsoft puts out a free utility that will get the job
done. Try:
