Can't "clear forms" in AutoComplete History. Help!

Thanks everyone!

Now back to the original problem:

I am unable to clear AutoComplete History in IE6 so I
can "start over" with a new set of stored "words" in the
forms and passwords fields that come up while web
browsing.

Presently, every effort to "clear forms" under Internet
Options/Content/AutoComplete, results in an "hourglass
hang." IE6 stops responding and then finally crashes.

Is there a way to edit the registry without deleting the
Protected Storage Key? Or perhaps a "safer" workaround?
Thanks!
