I cant change the view in outlook to "Unread Messages only"

Hi,

I have Outlook 2007. I like to have my mail set up so it shows the e-mails
by date but only the unread ones. This way I know what I am working on
currenlty. Ocasionaly I will read a mail, realise I have to do something on
it and mark it as Unread so it stays within my inbox. The e-mails I open and
have no further actions then dissapear of screen when I refresh it.

However I seem unable to get my outlook to do this, I go into "VIEW" ,
"ARRNAGE BY DATE" and then "CURRENT VIEW" , "UNREAD MESSAGES IN THIS FOLDER"
however it continues to show them all not just the unread ones.

Please help, its driving me mad.
