When I go to Form design I am getting a yellow line error so it stops me
from changing something on my report , can I jump over top of the error?? to
go to Form Design

"A yellow line error"? Do you mean it stops on a line of code, with that
line highlighted in yellow? If you really want to ignore, rather than
correct, that error, click Run | Reset.

"Jump over top of the error"? You really need to clarify. It would be very
helpful if you could describe what you have and what you want in Access
terms.
