ever since I installed SP2 I get an error when trying to lower my security
settings for the Internet Zone. It says that Medium is the recomended level
and I cannot change it.

How do I turn off this feature I want to make small adjustments to the
settings as well and it won't even let me do that.

p.s. Also how do I stop the Search Companion window from opening everyt time
I click on a link from a search engine? This is realy annoying.

Medium is as low as you can go in WinXP SP2, but you can Customize your
settings.
