Can't change remote website location

Using 2003 and when I tried to publish to a server I have a million times
before it would let me. Went to remote website properties and the location
address has extra letters in it. Like I might have typoed it going back and
forth between websites. Very possible.

But when I try and change the location back to the proper location, then hit
OK, I get the box to log it the site and it wouldn't let me in.

Reason it won't is because the remote location is going back to the typo one
if after I correct it and click OK. It won't hold the correction

Anyone have any ideas how I can fix this??

Thanks in advance

I meant to add that I know this is something small and stupid. But I've been
up all night working a site (it's when I do my best work) and by noon the
next day I'm just to punch drunk to see what I know is right in front of my
eyes.

So I just FTP my work, said screw it and came to the experts .... needless
to say it's going to **** me off even more when I find out how stupid it
really is.
