In the last few weeks we started getting "password
synchronization error" "a minimum password age restriction
has been set on your account." when users try to change
their passwords. We have them come up to an admins station
to change the passwords now.

The "Minimum Password Age" is set to "1 days" under the
Password Policy.

We are running Windows 2000 Server with Windows 2000
Professional SP4 stations. The workstations also have
Novell Client version 4.90.

See if setting it to 0 helps.
