In custom animation, I can't move reorder my clip art and
other objects. The title and body are on the master slide
and it won't let me move the clip art between them. Any
ideas?

As always, knowing the version allows for more specific answers, but
generally ...

It depends on where the objects are placed (on the slide or on the master).

Modifications to the master must be done from the master slide view. If the
objects are on the master slide then View | Masters | Master slide, then
Slide Show | Custom animations.

Modifications to the slide should be done from the View | Normal, then Slide
Show | Custom Animations.

If this is not what you are looking for, would you let us know?

It sounds like you are using version 2002, yes?

To alter anything involving elements in the master slide, you have to first
copy the elements into the individual slide. Right-click on Master:Body in
the Custom Animation task pane and then click Copy Effects To Slide.

From there you can play with it however you want.
