Can't change language in OE6

Can anyone please help with this strange problem?

The language settings in Outlook Express 6 are English (UK) throughout yet
under Tools/Spelling/Language is shows only French(France). I cannot find
any way of changing this to English (UK). Consequently, the spell check
operates only in French.

I have also checked all the settings in Internet Explorer 6 but nothing
explains why the spell checker is only French.

Upgrading to IE7 makes absolutely no difference.

John

Thank you for pointing me towards the correct forum. I did not need to post
anything because as soon as I looked at it I saw that someone else had asked
the same question - and had a helpful reply.

Many thanbks,

John
