The "Programs and Services" options under the "Exceptions" tab of the Window
Firewall are greyed out. I can not check or uncheck them. Why? I have
Admin rights to the computer so I am not sure what's up. Help!

Are you running Windows Live One Care? If so, it will do this. You change
the firewall settings from within One Care.
