Recently my secretary's daughter used my new computer to
do research. After she was done I found she set up
windows messenger with her email address. Now I can't
uninstall messenger (apparently it came in a service
pack) and I don't know how to change her email address to
mine. Am I stuck with this messenger which isn't mine??

To change it back to yours, click Start, then Control Panel, then User Accounts, click the
current Windows XP account that you're logged in under, then click "Change my .NET Passport",
choose the "Use a Different Passport" button and go through the wizard to set your account.
