I am unable to click on the OK button because the character size is set to
150% causing the OK button to be inaccessible. I tried booting to Safe Mode.
What should I do?

I click on Start, Control Panel, Display, Settings tab. Then Primary
Display, Properties, DPI Setting, Custom Setting 150%. Iwant to change the
setting 100%.

Can't make change because can not point to OK button !

Hit the Tab Key ONCE, then press Enter.
