MM rarely works well with analogue cature.
Your best bet is to use the software which came with the capture card.
This though will no doubt give you a mpeg file, which MM will not like. SO
you have to convert this to a wmv or dv-avi file, not a divx compressed one
which most apps do, then import this into MM for editing.
