Cant burn Cds

I cant burn cds when I downloaded windows media player 9
it came with roxio cd burning and I dont have that and it
wont let me choose other devies every time I click on it
it goes back to roxio burning thing How can I get it to
burn Cds using my C burner ??? PLEASE HELP
