DSL Connection

Scenario: My daughter logs into XP and goes on the
Internet. I want to log on to XP with my profile and
once I do, I can not browse any websites. The Internet
connection is still active because I can receive my mail
through Outlook but when I launch IE 6.0, the page (ANY
DNS) cannot be found. I have to RESTART the system in
order to have browsing capabilities. I have even closed
IE in HER session and then logged on to my profile and it
still doesn't work.

I have not changed ANYTHING on the system and I NEVER had
a problem with this before. We would switch users all
the time and both would have access to the Internet.

I have done the following:

Updated XP ALL critical and otherwise
Deleted Temp Files
System Clean-up
Defrag

Would appreciate any help, Thanks in advance.
