The BIOS is not seeing the boot files on the XP cd. Is this an
original XP disk? If the original hard drive still has an intact
OS, reinstall it and see if the XP cd can be read. If the cd can
be read the cd's XP boot files are probably corrupt. See
if you can borrow an XP cd of the same version and type,
OEM or retail, and make a copy. This is legal as long as
you have a licence and valid product key for the version copied.
